The Technical Engagement role, which sits within our Technical Delivery team, will suit someone who thrives in a quickly evolving environment and who is able to adapt plans because of their evolution. The role requires the delivery of multiple projects, the management of agile delivery teams, and being responsible for the delivery of solutions to our customers.

Resposabilites

  • Manage project development from initiation to closure
  • Use critical thinking capabilities to solve both technical and business problems
  • Work with Project Sponsor and Stakeholders to complete Project Charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines
  • Create & manage key business metrics and performance of the project delivery teams
  • Lead, coach and motivate project team members
  • Communicate project status to sponsor and all stakeholders; monitor and escalate risks and issues as appropriate
  • Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback
  • Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement within the jaam technical delivery team and implement new standards, processes, and tools to take forward the business

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand the most significant technical aspects of a project
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with professional staff, executives, and the community at large
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships, identify, and foster business development opportunities
  • Demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement experience, including a role in interfacing with client executives

Desired technical skills

  • Experience of Nintex / K2 / Other low-code process platforms
  • Knowledge of REST / SOAP / OData
  • Integration experience with common line of business systems such as Salesforce or SharePoint
  • Have knowledge of Office 365 and how it all hangs together
  • Microsoft Azure as a platform or other cloud technology platforms
  • Knowledge of Web technologies including but not exclusive to JavaScript | jQuery | HTML5 | CSS3
  • Architecting / Solutioning / Developing N-Tier solutions
